How to export your files from TikTok Seller Center

Flow A — Export the “To-Ship” CSV

  1. Go to https://seller-us.tiktok.com/ and sign in.
  2. In the left navigation, click Orders, then Manage orders.
  3. Click the Filter button (a drawer opens from the right side of the screen).
  4. Under Order status, select the Awaiting collection radio button.
  5. Scroll down in the filter drawer. In the Live session dropdown, select the specific show or session you are fulfilling.
  6. Click Confirm to apply the filters, then close the filter drawer. Make a note of the exact filter settings — you will need to use the same session filter when downloading the shipping labels.
  7. Click the Export icon in the top-right corner of the order grid (it looks like a download arrow; clicking it opens a right-side drawer).
  8. In the export drawer, confirm:
    • Export orders range is set to Filtered orders.
    • Export format is set to CSV.
  9. Click Export. TikTok queues the file — processing takes about a minute.
  10. When the file is ready, it appears under Export history in that same drawer. Click Download to save the CSV to your computer. If your browser blocks the download, allow pop-ups or downloads for this site.
  11. Close the export drawer.

Tip: the CSV export takes about a minute to process. You can move on to Flow B while it finishes — return to the export drawer to download the CSV once the label PDF is saved.

Flow B — Download the shipping-label PDF

Keep the same Awaiting collection + live-session filter active from Flow A. The CSV and the label PDF must cover exactly the same set of orders.

  1. In the order grid, click the checkbox next to the Order column heading to select all orders on the current page.
  2. A banner appears above the grid. Click Select all [N] orders — this link selects every order matching your filter, not just the visible page. Confirm the count matches what you expect.
  3. A floating Print Documents button appears at the bottom of the screen. Click it.
  4. In the Print document modal, select Shipping label only. Do not select packing slips or any other document type — Restack requires a shipping-label PDF.
  5. Click Print.
  6. If a “Shipping label(s) already printed” warning appears, click Continue printing to proceed.
  7. Your browser opens a print dialog or downloads the PDF directly. Save the file to your computer. If your browser blocks the download, allow pop-ups or downloads for this site.

Upload to Restack

  1. Drop (or click to select) the CSV file onto the Orders CSV dropzone above.
  2. Drop (or click to select) the PDF file onto the Shipping labels PDF dropzone above.
  3. Click Process files. Restack will re-order the labels to match the CSV and generate a packing sheet.
